Cut this yo-yo half (style #1) profile on a drill press. Install a cutter into your drill press and turn flat stock 5/8" thick into yo-yo halves with 10mm holes. The blanks you cut will work perfectly with PSI's Yo-Yo Kit components. PSI's profiled carbide cutters cut aggressively, accurately, and provide a smooth finish to your wooden yo-yo halves.

The key to success is to replace the large center drill with a 1/4 inch drill. With the smaller center drill, a 1/4 popular dowel rod fits the yo-yo. They work great. Need hard maple to make the yo-yo. I have seen bad review of the product where the product is not at fault.
