I wrote a detailed review of my poor experience and can't post it because it is too long, why did their website allow me to write it without saying that there's a limit or show the character count down?
I placed an order, paid for it. After a week (it said 2 day shipping), didn't receive it. Website said that it wasn't paid for. I sent screenshots showing that it was paid for and asked what's going on (did this twice and never received any communication from them). Finally gave them a deadline and had to threaten that I was going to lodge a complaint with PayPal as well as post my experience on social media if I didn't hear something from them. 2 hours before the deadline I received an email that said your package will ship Priority on 11/30/20. This pen blank is for making a pen for my nephews 21 years in the service retirement party that was today, Dec. 6 and still no product, it's been 21 days so far.
